Refund and Returns Policy

Special Order Products are expressly excluded from the terms of this Returns Policy and are unable to be returned in any circumstances. Otherwise, if Cloud Appliances agrees to accept the return of any Products or agrees to repair Products that are out of warranty or Products that have not been purchased from Cloud Appliances, the customer will need to send them in their original packaging, in addition to accompanying them with a copy of the relevant sales invoice and an RMA number as previously advised by Cloud Appliances’s customer service department. At its discretion, in the event that a returned Product is in short supply with the suppliers or has been discontinued, Cloud Appliances may replace it with a similar Product, or credit the returned Product at either the original purchase price or the then current list price – whichever is lower.

Cloud Appliances shall be notified by Customers within 5 working days of any Product damages or delivery discrepancies. If a returns number (RMA) is issued by Cloud Appliances, Customers must return Products to Cloud Appliances within 5 working days of the date thereof. In the event that the manufacturer’s seal of the damaged Product(s) is broken or compromised, Cloud Appliances reserves the right to refuse the damaged Products’ return.

If Cloud Appliances has agreed to repair or replace Products (or any parts thereof), Cloud Appliances is irrevocably authorised by the Customer to provide such replacements or undertake such repairs as shall place the Products in proper working order.

No liability shall be accepted by Cloud Appliances for any damage to or loss in transit to Products that are returned to it.

No stock rotation rights (or sale or return rights) are offered by Cloud Appliances, and nor shall the Customer have any expectation of such rights being granted. If an agreement has been reached with Cloud Appliances to accept the return of Products, unless it is for the purpose of carrying out any repair or replacement, the Customer must return products at their expense, in a clean resalable condition and in their original packaging, and will be subject to a re-stocking fee at Cloud Appliances’s discretion, failing which, Cloud Appliances will refuse to accept the same and liability shall remain with the Customer for the price thereof. Such returned Products will be credited either the price invoiced or the then current price – whichever is lower.

The Customer agrees to comply with Cloud Appliances’s returns process and terms when returning any Product to Cloud Appliances.
