Delivery options may vary depending on location. Full delivery options will be visible at checkout.

Please Note: Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We will make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

Important Delivery Notes:

• An order placed after 3:00pm may not be shipped until the next business day.
• Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed if all the products are in stock.
• Orders placed for Overnight Delivery are usually delivered on the next business day. For example, orders placed on Friday morning are normally shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Every Cloud Appliances web order shipped requires a signature for delivery.
• Orders will not be left at your doorstep.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How do I arrange delivery to a different address?
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your delivery address, where you will be given the option to amend. If your order has been processed with the incorrect address, you can contact Customer Services on 020 3880 8840 to request redirection.

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on destination, weight, and timing. Standard delivery below 30kg is £10.00 excl. VAT.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship when the stock is available. If you have notifications activated, you will be notified when the order is dispatched.

When will my order ship if the product is out of stock?
Your order will ship when the stock is available in our warehouse/ DSV (drop ship vendor). If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Services.
