How do I request a quote?

For pricing and lead times you can use the “add to quote” feature on the website or contact us note, we only deliver to the UK

How quickly do you deliver?

Most of the hardware is stored in the UK with the next day delivery option available for England, subject to placing an order before 2 PM on a business day.

How do I cancel an order?

The order and delivery process is highly automated and orders cannot be cancelled online. If you have placed an order and need to cancel contact us via email or phone immediately — a cancellation fee may be charged, see our terms and conditions for details.

How do I check the availability of a product?

Product availability is displayed on the product details page. If you don’t see the availability, or if you require more units than show as available, contact us with your request.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

Cloud Appliances is an official United Kingdom Cicso partner, and holds multiple Cisco specialisations and accreditations. As a UK Cisco partner we can deliver licences and services to any Cisco supported country. For hardware orders we recommend that you arrange your own collection from our office if the order is for another country.
