This module is available in two models: the C6800-32P10G, featuring 32 ports and DFC4 technology, and the C6800-32P10G-XL, equipped with DFC4XL for enhanced functionality. With a backplane connection providing 160-Gbps bandwidth in the Catalyst 6807-XL and 80 Gbps in the 6500-E chassis, it ensures seamless integration and optimal data transmission.
Compatible across various chassis and slot configurations, it can be deployed in slots 1-2 and 5-7 in a Cisco Catalyst 6807-XL, and in any slot within the Cisco Catalyst 6503E, 6504E, 6506E, 6509E, and 6509-V-E. Additionally, it fits into slots 1-6 and 9-13 in a Cisco Catalyst 6513-E, offering flexibility in deployment options.
With compatibility extending to Supervisor Engine 2T and Supervisor Engine 2TXL, this module ensures efficient network management and performance optimization. Equipped with factory-installed dual DFC4-E or DFC4-EXL daughter cards, it delivers distributed forwarding capabilities, enhancing network performance and reducing latency.
