The Cisco Catalyst Software subscription for Switching includes base software and now hardware support for the Essentials and Advantage tiers. This support delivers a four-hour TAC response objective for severity 1 and 2 service requests. In addition, if you opt for the Advantage tier, you also receive ISE licenses (quantity dependent on switch model). Catalyst 9300 Series receive 10 endpoint sessions per Catalyst Advantage license.
